Balance²

Balance² was developed by a team of the Fontanus Scientific Research Center consisting of trainers, athletes, rehab specialists, nutritionists and other professionals. Their key insight was that our current modern lifestyle is inherently unhealthy and thus a regular and specialized training is needed to restore and keep the body healthy and in balance.

Balance² and its excercises were specifically developed with modern lifestyle, physique and requirements in mind. Characteristics of the 21st century such as problems stemming from sedentary lifestyle and work, ever changing nutritional habits and changes in bone and muscular structure were all taken into consideration.
